I am truly thankful for Liberty Christian Church giving me the opportunity to share my witness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who live in and near the Martinsville community. I am a Christian today because someone at Liberty Christian Church witnessed to me way back in 1975, and since then, I have been ministering with the DEAF and others the Lord sends my way. The Lord gave me the gift of Sign Language, and He called me and my family to leave the US to move to Thailand in 1986. Our family lived and ministered in Thailand for 16 years with the DEAF and hearing people in 12 other countries since then.

I enjoy preaching and I am excited for this opportunity which the Lord and Liberty Christian Church has given me to use my talents here. I am constantly reminded of the responsibility of ministering within a body of Christ by reflecting on these scriptures:

Acts 26: 29  Paul replied, "Short term or long - I pray God that not only you but all who are listening to me today may become what I am , except for these chains."

Galatians 6:14  May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.....

Ephesians 6:19-20  Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
